Random Thoughts...

Hey Folks,
its another RANDOM day in the neighborhood and I am just sitting here thinking about life, music and foolishness.

Life-wise: I cannot complain AT ALL. No, my life is not all I WANT it to be, no I am not married, no kids, and i'm not RICH...but alllllllll of this is part of my little plan. I have goals and desires that I want for my life and I plan to achieve all that God has for me. Ahhhhh, won't you join me on this journey??? (I am sleepy and dazed LOL)

Music-wise: I LOVE music; its the greatest thing EVER. I just sometimes wonder what people are thinking about when they decide to venture into music. For instance, Ms. Meagan Goode. Now, IMO she is NOT the best actress ever, sooooooooooo what made her decide to "diversify" herself and go into music?? Beats me, probably some wack Manager that told her she could sing SMH.

Uhhhh, I will let you all be the judge.... http://mymoodismusic.com/2009/04/09/meagan-goode-has-got-you-star-struck/

This person seems to agree with me....

Lastly, on to my favorite topic, Foolishness: Foolishness seems to follow me throughout my day. No matter how I try to avoid it, it sticks to me like a fat kid sticks to a baker. As I was doing my leisurely reading today, I saw that Lil Wayne had an interview with Playboy. The foolishness that was discussed totally threw me overboard. Honestly, Lil Wayne having groupies and chicks fighting to sex him?!?!?!?! Makes me *vomit*. That was way beyond my foolishness quotient for the day. I knew it had been too quiet today but this article brought about more laughter than I could have imagined. I guess as long as you making money, looking like a burnt cheeto means nothing.

Ehhhhh....onward and upward folks....

I am back...

Wow, hello Bloggers! It has been a while; 3 years to be exact. A lot has occurred; I finished grad school (wooo hooo), got a new job, moved out, bought a car and gained a new outlook on life. 26 has been good to me so far; I have learned a lot about myself and I have realized the inner strength I do possess. I have also learned my flaws and what it takes to better myself and be the best woman possible. I have also gained new friendships since my last blog; long-lasting friendships that have had a huge effect on me already. Between my sorors (Hey Ash!), my singing partnas who have become sisters; they have helped me appreciate life for what it is. All in all, life is pretty cool; MUCH different than I expected it to be 3 years ago, but I realize that all things work together for my good. God has me and I am just trying to patiently wait and be thankful for all I have and DONT have.

Until then...have a great day Bloggers :-)
